Settlement Agreements: previously known as ‘Compromise Agreements’ this is a legally binding agreement between you and your employer which sets out the terms of a negotiated exit.  It’s the norm for employers to contribute towards the cost of an employee getting advice from a solicitor on a Settlement Agreement.  If you’re satisfied with the Settlement Agreement terms the employer’s contribution is usually sufficient to cover the costs of our advice.  We can also provide help to negotiate a better deal if required.

We offer a face-to-face advice service for clients and this can be arranged at our meeting rooms (Station Road, Kingswood, Bristol). However, this is often not essential, including Settlement Agreements. Many of our clients enjoy the convenience of dealing with their whole matter through our responsive and flexible telephone and email advice.
